David Weekley Homes Breaks Ground on Amenity Center in Encore at Rye Ranch

Encore by David Weekley Homes has broken ground on its upcoming amenity center, The Wellhouse, in Rye Ranch.

Tampa, FL (June 17, 2026): Encore by David Weekley Homes, the 55+ lifestyle division of David Weekley Homes, has broken ground on a 4,465-square-foot amenity center for its upcoming gated 55+ community, Encore at Rye Ranch, within the master-planned community of Rye Ranch in Parrish, FL.

The new amenity center, The Wellhouse, will include a main gathering area, kitchen, meeting room, yoga room, fitness center, outdoor kitchen and lounge area, a 3,025-square-foot pool, pickleball court, a 1,646-square-foot covered porch, and a 5,055-square-foot deck. The facility is projected to open in early 2027.

Encore at Rye Ranch will offer three collections of low-maintenance homes situated on 35-, 45- and 55-foot homesites and a variety of personalization options. Select homesites will offer water and conservation views, and lawn maintenance will be included through homeowner association dues. The builder is scheduled to begin construction on three model homes in August 2026.
