David Weekley Homes Breaks Ground on New Model Home in Seaflower – Classic Homes
Tampa, FL (June 6, 2025): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, recently broke ground on their newest model, The Rubytail, in the West Bradenton, FL, community of SeaFlower – Classic Homes.
In SeaFlower – Classic Homes, buyers will be able to select from eight floor plans situated on 60-foot homesites, ranging in size from approximately 2,340 to 3,777 square feet of living space with four to five bedrooms, two to four full baths, one half bath and two- to three-car garages.
The upcoming one-story model home, The Rubytail, will showcase four bedrooms, three full baths, one half bath, a three-car garage, study, extended lanai and pool.
