David Weekley Homes Breaks Ground on New Model Home in The Aurora Highlands The Vistas

David Weekley Homes welcomed special guests at the groundbreaking of their new model home, The Coralberry II, in The Vistas collection of The Aurora Highlands.

Denver, CO (January 9, 2026): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, recently broke ground on a new model home, The Coralberry II, in The Aurora Highlands The Vistas in Aurora, CO.

Several guests, including Nia Ingram with AdventHealth, CEO of Home Builders Association of Metro Denver Ted Leighty and Cindy Shearon with The Aurora Highlands were in attendance.

Within The Vistas collection in The Aurora Highlands, buyers are able to select from five floor plans ranging in size from approximately 2,120 to 5,140 square feet of living space with three to seven bedrooms, three to five full baths, one half bath and three- to four-car garages. The Vistas collection has a total of 37 homesites available, with two more sections of homes coming soon.
