David Weekley Homes Breaks Ground on New Model in Legado West

Phoenix, AZ (January 2, 2025): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, will soon begin building two series of homes in the Queen Creek, AZ, community of Legado West. The builder recently broke ground on two new model homes, The Stargazer in Suelo at Legado West and The Highpoint in Tierra at Legado West.
The Stargazer model home will showcase 3,714 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, four full baths, one half bath and a four-car garage. The Highpoint will feature 4,030 square feet of living space with five bedrooms, five full baths, one half bath and a three-car garage.
In Suelo at Legado West, buyers will be able to select from five floor plans, ranging in size from approximately 3,250 to 3,800 square feet and situated on 90-foot homesites. In Tierra at Legado West, David Weekley Homes will offer five floor plans, ranging from 3,800 to 4,500 square feet and situated on 100-foot homesites. Both home series will have RV garage options.
Amenities in Legado West will include parks, a trail network, play structures, sports lawns and a covered ramada. The community will be close to outdoor recreation opportunities in Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch, Gilbert Regional Park, Sonoqui Wash Trail Trailhead and Queen Creek Wash Trail. It will also be convenient to shopping, dining and entertainment, including Pecan Lake Entertainment, Queen Creek Marketplace and Queen Creek Village Center.
