David Weekley Homes Breaks Ground on Two New Model Homes in Elevate at Wolf Ranch

David Weekley Homes welcomed special guests at the groundbreaking of their newest model homes, The Castlegate and The Stewert, in the upcoming community of Elevate at Wolf Ranch.

Colorado Springs, CO (December 29, 2025): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, recently broke ground on two new model homes, The Castlegate and The Stewert, in the upcoming community of Elevate at Wolf Ranch within the master-planned community of Wolf Ranch in Colorado Springs, CO.

In Elevate at Wolf Ranch, buyers will be able to select from a variety of thoughtfully designed two-story floor plans. The homes will range in size from approximately 1,779 to 2,965 square feet of living space with three to four bedrooms, two to four full baths, one half bath, and two-car garages.

The upcoming model homes are anticipated to open in March 2026. The Castlegate will showcase 2,526 square feet with three bedrooms, three full baths, one half bath and a two-car garage. In addition, The Castlegate will feature a rooftop deck, the first of this product in the award-winning master-planned community of Wolf Ranch.

The Stewert will feature 2,501 square feet of living space, including three bedrooms, two full baths, one half bath and a two-car garage.
