Nashville, TN (August 28, 2025): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, will soon begin building townhomes in Nexus Townhomes in the master-planned community of Nexus in Gallatin, TN. Weekley currently builds single-family homes in Nexus – The Park and The Village collections, and is adding the new townhomes product expected to open in late 2025.

Buyers will be able to select from three floor plans among the 170 homesites. These two-story townhomes will range from approximately 1,665 to 1,685 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, two full baths, one half bath and a single-car garage. The builder will have two model homes – The Pintail and The Bunting.
