David Weekley homes are coming soon to the San Tan Valley community of Artesa at Soleo.

Phoenix, AZ (July 18, 2025): David Weekley Homes, one of the nation’s largest privately held home builders, will soon begin building new homes in Artesa at Soleo, a new series in the gated master-planned community of Soleo in San Tan Valley. The builder will begin pre-selling new homes the first weekend of August.

Buyers will be able to select from seven floor plan options situated on 48-foot homesites. These one- and two-story homes will range in size from approximately 1,081 to 2,974 square feet.

Community amenities will include parks, sports fields, zip lines, a climbing wall, walking trails, a two-acre lake with dock, an open-air pavilion, event lawns, fire pits, a resort-style swimming pool, a lap pool and a splash pad. Artesa at Soleo will also be convenient to Queen Creek, San Tan Mountain Regional Park and SR-24, which offers access to Phoenix, Chandler and Gilbert. Students will attend schools in J.O. Combs Unified School District.
