The builder will offer 25 townhomes situated on 16- and 22-foot homesites, and buyers will be able to select from four floor plans. Homes will range in size from approximately 1,300 to 1,950 square feet of living space with two to three bedrooms, two to three full baths, up to one half bath and one- to two-car garages.
Baldwin Crossing will be located along Cady Way Trail and feature a community greenspace. Residents will be near outdoor recreation opportunities at Lake Baldwin and have convenient access to Baldwin Park, which offers tree-lined streets, public parks, shopping and dining. Students within the community will attend Orange County Public Schools.
