David Weekley Homes will soon begin building new homes in Flying Horse North.

Colorado Springs, CO (May 27, 2026): David Weekley Homes, one of the nation’s largest privately held home builders, will soon begin building homes on acreage homesites in Flying Horse North, a 1,500-acre master-planned golf course community in Colorado Springs.

The builder will offer only quick move-in homes. The first two homes available will be The Rubble, featuring 4,429 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, three full baths and one half bath, and The Sandbagger, featuring 5,691 square feet of living space with six bedrooms and five full baths. Homes will be sold by appointment only.

Located in the Black Forest region of northern Colorado Springs, Flying Horse North features an 18-hole championship golf course designed by golf course architect Phil Smith.
