Houston, TX (October 16, 2026): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, will soon begin building new homes in Oakberry Trails, a 260-acre master-planned community in Waller, TX.

The builder will offer a variety of single-family floor plans that range from approximately 2,420 to 3,730 square feet of living space on 60-foot homesites. The homes will feature four to five bedrooms, three to four full baths, up to one half bath and two- to four-car garages. Select homesites with water views will be available. A model home is also planned to open soon for tours.

Homebuyers in Oakberry Trails will have access to a community recreation center with meeting and event space, a pool, gym, activity lawn, playground, gardens, trails, lakes, and pocket parks as well as a repurposed barn with games such as ping pong and cornhole.
