David Weekley Homes Hosts Ribbon Cutting in Elevate at Wolf Ranch

David Weekley Homes hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony in Elevate at Wolf Ranch with members of Norwood Development Group, the Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC and Echo Eleven

Colorado Springs, CO (March 12, 2026): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday, March 2 for the opening of their new Colorado Springs community, Elevate at Wolf Ranch, ahead of the community’s opening for sales on Saturday, March 14. The official grand opening event will be held on Saturday, April 25. 

Division President for David Weekley Homes in Colorado Springs Dustin Nelson was in attendance along with the Elevate at Wolf Ranch team, Aubrey Magro, Robyn Hadley, Scott Betzer and Liz Fast. Several guests from the local community also attended, including Meagan Thomas of Norwood Development Group, Craig Carlisle and Jill Gaebler of the Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC, and Derra Meister and Jerry Sanden of Echo Eleven.

The community will offer eight two- and three-story single-family floor plans, some of which include rooftop decks, a first for the community. The Castlegate model home features two stories with 2,532 square feet of living space and three bedrooms, three full baths, one half bath and a two-car garage. A second model home, The Stewart, offers 2,501 square feet over two stories, with three bedrooms, two full baths, one half bath and a two-car garage. The Castlegate can be toured daily at 10126 Manray Drive, and The Stewart can be visited at 10140 Manray Drive.

Residents in Elevate at Wolf Ranch will enjoy amenities such as a pool, clubhouse, playground, splash park, dog park and pocket parks throughout the community. Homeowners will also have direct access to Wolf Lake along with views of Pikes Peak and Wolf Lake. Students within the community attend Academy School District 20 schools.
