David Weekley Homes Houston Division Opens New State-Of-The-art Office to Support Growth

Houston, TX (May 13, 2026): As David Weekley Homes celebrates 50 years of building in Houston, the company announces the opening of its new Houston Division office at 8847 W. Sam Houston Parkway N., reflecting a long-term investment in the market and the company’s future in the region
The office provides space for more than 260 team members today, with room to add positions as the company expands in key communities and serves more home buyers across the area.
“As we continue to grow in Houston, we are focused on creating a better experience for our team members and our customers,” said Brock Eller, senior division president of the Houston division. “We are marking 50 years in Houston this year, and we are investing in spaces that support our team and better serve the families who trust us to build their homes.”
David Weekley Homes designed the approximately 50,000-square-foot facility to support the division’s needs while improving the experience for both team members and customers. The space includes a design studio, a multipurpose auditorium for meetings and events, and modern work areas built to support collaboration and day-to-day work.

The location along Sam Houston Parkway provides access to communities throughout the Houston area and supports the division’s continued expansion in one of the nation’s most active housing markets.
