The Westcliff model home is now open for tours in Persimmon Place – Garden Series.

Tampa, FL (February 9, 2026): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, has opened their newest mode home, The Westcliff, for tours in the Wesley Chapel, FL, community of Persimmon Place – Garden Series.

In Persimmon Place – Garden Series, David Weekley Homes will offer five floor plans, ranging in size from approximately 2,014 to 2,825 square feet of living space with three to five bedrooms, two to three full baths, up to one half bath and two-car garages.

The Westcliff model home is 2,805 square feet and will showcase four bedrooms, two full baths, one half bath, a two-car garage, study and lanai. The model home will be open for tours daily at 3611 Yellow Cassia Drive from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon-6 p.m. Sunday.

Residents in Persimmon Place – Garden Series will have access to a community pool and cabana, an interconnected trail system providing access to Pasco Sports Complex, and nearby shopping, dining and recreation at The Shops at Wiregrass. Students will attend Pasco County Schools, including Wiregrass Ranch High School.
