David Weekley Homes Named Builder of the Year and People's Choice Builder of the Year at the 2025 McSAM Awards       

David Weekley Homes team members in Dallas/Ft. Worth celebrate winning five McSAM Awards, including People’s Choice Builder of the Year.

Dallas, TX (April 30, 2025): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, is proud to have won five awards during the recent Dallas Builders Association (DBA) 2025 McSAM Awards. These accolades bring the company’s total to more than 1,560 awards overall.

In addition to Weekley being named People’s Choice Builder of the Year and Builder of the Year, Senior Sales Consultant Tiffany Redwine was awarded Sales Professional of the Year with an average sales price between $450,000 and $600,000, Senior Sales Consultant Lisa McKibben was awarded Sales Professional of the Year with an average sales price between $600,000 and $800,000, and Senior Internet Advisor Kelly Osborn was awarded Online Sales Counselor of the Year.

This is the third time for David Weekley Homes to be named the McSAM Awards People’s Choice Builder of the Year, having previously won the award in 2021 and 2023. Weekley has also previously received the McSAM Award for Builder of the Year in 2006, 2015, 2018 and 2019.

The McSAM Awards were created in 1979 by the Sales and Marketing Council of the DBA in recognition of sales and marketing excellence. The prestigious McSAM Awards are given to builders, developers and associates who have made a significant and creative contribution to residential marketing through specific achievements during the previous year.
