David Weekley Homes Now Selling in Two New Sections of Soleo

David Weekley Homes is now selling in two new sections of Soleo and has broken ground on six new model homes.

Phoenix, AZ (October 1, 2025): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, will is now selling in two new sections of the San Tan Valley, AZ, community of Soleo: Alston at Soleo and Tamber at Soleo. The builder has also broken ground on six new model homes in the community.

In Alston at Soleo, buyers will be able to select from six one- and two-story floor plans situated on 60-foot homesites. In Tamber at Soleo, Homebuyers will have the option to choose from five single story floor plans situated on 70-foot homesites and featuring RV garages. The builder is also selling new homes in two additional sections of the community, Artesa at Soleo and Tavolo at Soleo.

The builder has also broken ground on six new model homes throughout the four sections of Soleo. Two model homes will soon open in Artesa at Soleo, featuring seven floor plans and 48-foot homesites, along with another two model homes in Tamber at Soleo. Tavolo at Soleo, featuring eight floor plans and 55-foot homesites, and Alston at Soleo will soon each have one model home.

Residents in Soleo will have access to community amenities, including a park, sports fields, zip lines, climbing wall, fitness loops, trails and pocket parks. The community also features a two-acre lake with a dock, an open-are pavilion, event lawns and fire pits. Additionally, residents will have easy access to SR-24. Students within the community will attend J.O. Combs Unified School District schools.
