David Weekley Homes Opens New Model Home in Davis Ranch

David Weekley Homes hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony with Mayor Mark Vargas for their newest model home, The Memphis, in Northshore at Lakewood Village.

San Antonio, TX (May 22, 2025): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, has opened a new model home in the San Antonio, TX, community of Davis Ranch.

Weekley’s model home, The Rymer, has approximately 3,000 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, three full baths and a three-car garage. The Rymer is open daily for tours at 11610 Hackford in San Antonio.

Davis Ranch offers a variety of floor plans situated on 60-foot homesites, ranging in size from approximately 2,030 to 3,790 square feet of living space with three to five bedrooms, two to four full baths, one half bath and two- to three-car garages. The builder plans to open an additional series of floor plans situated on 50-foot homesites in summer 2025.

Homeowners in Davis Ranch have access to the community amenity center pool featuring cabanas and seating. A second amenity center with an additional pool is expected to open in summer 2025. The community is adjacent to Government Canyon State Natural Area, a 12,000-acre wilderness with miles of trails, camping and hiking. Residents have convenient access to I-10 and 1604, The University of Texas San Antonio, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, The Rim and La Cantera shopping centers, SeaWorld San Antonio, and more shopping, dining and entertainment. Students within the community attend Northside Independent School District schools, including onsite Tomlinson Elementary School and Dr. John Folks Middle School.
