David Weekley Homes Opens New Model Homes in Briggs Ranch
San Antonio, TX (December 17, 2025): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, has opened two new model homes for daily tours in the San Antonio-area communities of Briggs Ranch – Select Classic and Signature Legacy series.
The Poppy model home in Briggs Ranch – Select Classic Series features 2,546 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, three full baths and a two-car garage. The home can be toured at 13222 Sweet Acacia in San Antonio. The one- and two-story homes in the Select Classic Series are priced from the high $300s and range from 1,650 to 2,750 square feet with three to five bedrooms, two to three full baths, one half bath and two- to three-car garages

David Weekley Homes has opened its new model home, The Jacksboro, in Briggs Ranch – Signature Legacy Series.
In the Signature Legacy Series, The Jacksboro model home has 3,050 square feet with four bedrooms, three full baths and a four-car garage. Tours are available daily at 13218 Sweet Acacia in San Antonio. Floor plans within this series of homes range from 2,330 to 3,815 square feet of living space with one- and two-story elevations, three to five bedrooms, two to four full baths, one half bath and three- to four-car garages.
