David Weekley Homes Opens Two New Model Homes in Sienna
Houston, TX (May 11, 2026): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, has opened two new model homes, The Kingsland and The Abney, in the Missouri City, TX, communities of Sienna – Grove Collection and Sienna – Landmark Row Collection.
In Sienna – Grove Collection, buyers can select from ten floor plans situated on 40-foot homesites. The floor plans range in size from approximately 1,590 to 2,500 square feet of living space with two to four bedrooms, two to three full baths, up to one half bath and two-car garages. The new model home, The Kingsland, showcases 2,472 square feet with three bedrooms, two full baths, a half bath, a sunroom and a two-car garage. The model home is open daily for tours at 11702 Birdsong Drive.

Sienna – Landmark Row Collection features 5 floor plans on 42-foot homesites ranging from approximately 1,540 to 3,070 square feet of living space. The homes offer three to five bedrooms, two to four full baths, up to one half bath and two-car garages. The Abney model home features 1,722 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, two full baths, a study and a two-car garage. Visitors can tour The Abney daily at 2702 Cottage Place.
