Dugan has 25 years of experience in the Lowcountry style and will also share holiday décor tips. For attending the class, David Weekley Homes is offering a special incentive. When attendees purchase a David Weekley home in participating Hilton Head community by November 30, 2014, they will receive a $1,500 decorator allowance. If attendees purchase a home between December 1 and December 15, 2014, they will receive a $1,000 decorator allowance.
