DAVID WEEKLEY HOMES TO BUILD IN VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE

CHICAGO, IL (August 12, 2015): David Weekley Homes is excited to announce plans to begin development on 15 townhomes in the community of Easton Station, which is located in the Chicago suburb of Village of Buffalo Grove.

The nation’s largest privately-held home builder should close on the property in late September with sales expected to begin in January 2016. As the exclusive builder in this community, Weekley will offer two- and three-story townhomes, ranging in size from 2,100 – 2,400 square feet in size with a two-car front-load garage. The two-story homes will include a basement and nine- and 10-foot ceilings throughout the home.

Additionally, these homes will be built as EnergySaver™ Homes, which means they are energy-efficient homes backed by the Environments For Living® Program’s heating and cooling usage guarantee.

Recently named the best Chicago suburb for families by the real estate group Movato, Village of Buffalo Grove is located about 30 miles northwest of the Chicago loop and is nearby to the Prairie View Metra Train Station. Students will attend the highly acclaimed Adlai E. Stevenson High School District 125 and schools in the Lincolnshire-Prairie View School District 103, all of which rank among the best schools in the state.

In addition, the area also offers more than 50 miles of paths and trails for walking, biking, roller blading and jogging.
