The Wedgewood and The Bluestar model homes from David Weekley Homes will be open for tours at the grand opening event in Hardy Pond on April 25.

At the event, visitors can tour The Wedgewood and The Bluestar model homes, finished move-in ready homes and enjoy refreshments and fun giveaways. 

In Hardy Pond, buyers can select from five single-family floor plans, ranging in size from approximately 2,400 to 3,150 square feet. The homes feature three to five bedrooms, two to four full baths, options for one half bath and two- to three-car garages. The builder will also soon offer three townhome floor plans in Hardy Pond Townhomes, each featuring three bedrooms, two full baths, one half bath and a two-car garage.

Residents in Hardy Pond can enjoy easy access to nearby outdoor recreation, shopping, dining and entertainment. Students within Hardy Pond attend Rock Hill Schools.
