David Weekley Homes to Host Ribbon Cutting in Preserve at The Cays
Orlando, FL (September 17, 2026): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, is hosting a ribbon cutting on Wednesday, October 7, at 10 a.m. for the grand opening of the new amenity center in the Dayton Beach community of Preserve at the Cays. The ribbon cutting will take place at 1116 Wild Crest Lane, Daytona Beach, FL 32117.
The Daytona Chamber of Commerce and the David Weekley Homes team will be in attendance to reveal the new amenity center.
David Weekley Homes has two sections within Preserve at The Cays. In The Driftwood Series, buyers can select from two townhome floor plans ranging from approximately 1,355 to 1,480 square feet with two bedrooms, two full baths, one half bath and one-car garages. The Harbor Series offers an additional four townhome floor plans ranging from approximately 1,620 to 1,790 square feet with three bedrooms, two full baths, one half bath and one- to two-car garages.
