Five David Weekley model homes will be available for tours at the 2026 Housing First Minnesota Spring Parade of Homes.

The Estates at Rush Hollow features The Lotus model home at 14748 105th Circle North, Maple Grove, MN. Visitors can explore the home’s two stories, four bedrooms, five full baths, one half bath and four-car garage spanning 4,431 square feet.

The Leslie model home in The Villas at Rush Hollow offers 2,505 square feet of living space, and features one story, two bedrooms, three full baths and a two-car garage. The model home can be toured at 14748 105th Circle North, Maple Grove, MN.

Visitors can tour The Ontario model home in Prairie Crossing – The Estates Collection at 7157 Landau Avenue N.E., Otsego, MN, and explore 3,481 square feet of living space with two stories, four bedrooms, four full baths, one half bath and a three-car garage.

The Parade of Homes will take place from noon-6 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from Friday, March 13 through Sunday, April 12, 2026. At the parade, visitors can enter giveaways at each model home and tour available move-in ready homes along with the featured model homes.
