David Weekley Homes Wins Seven Parade of Homes Awards
Charlotte, NC (September 23, 2026): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, was recognized with seven awards at the Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte’s 2026 Parade of Homes. These awards bring the company’s total to more than 915 awards for product design and over 1,630 overall.

Two David Weekley model homes received gold awards. The Nuthatch Vista model home in Westwood Reserve won in the $400,000 price range category, and The Sugarbowl model home in The Reserve at Cadia Village won in the $900,000 price range category. In addition, The Heirloom model home in the 55+ community of Encore at Streamside won the silver award in the $600,000 price range category.
In North Creek Village, The Gardengate model home won the bronze award in the $500,000 price range category. The Magnolia model home in the 55+ community of Encore at Harmony won the bronze award in the $600,000 price range category. The Wedgewood model home in Hardy Pond and The Trailwind model home in Whitley Preserve tied for the bronze award in the $700,000 price range category.
