David Weekley Homes Wins Three Parade of Homes Awards in Jacksonville   

David Weekley Homes earned three awards at the 2026 Northeast Florida Builders Association Parade of Homes.

Jacksonville, FL (May 28, 2026): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, was recognized with three awards at the 2026 Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) Parade of Homes. These awards bring the company’s total to more than 900 awards for product design and over 1,620 overall.

The Hollinger model home in Evergreen Island at SilverLeaf was recognized with the Gold Award in the $600,000-$650,000 category. In the community of Coral Ridge at Seabrook 80’, The Dawn model home was awarded the Silver Award in the $1.6M-$2M category. The Dawn also received the Best Kitchen recognition from the Judges Choice Awards.

The NEFBA Parade of Homes recognizes builders who excel in areas such as architectural design, interior finishes, functionality, and overall craftsmanship.
