David Weekley Homes Wins Two HBA Max Awards

The Lavender model home from David Weekley Homes was honored with Best Product Design at the HBA of Greater Austin 2025 MAX Awards.

Austin, TX (June 19, 2025): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, was given two awards at the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Austin 2025 MAX Awards. These accolades bring the company’s total to more than 880 awards for product design and 1,570 overall. 

David Weekley Homes was recognized with Best Product Design for The Lavender in the Dripping Springs community of Headwaters in the Volume Builder $600,000 - $700,000 category. Additionally, the builder’s philanthropic CARE Program was named Charitable Project of the Year.

The MAX Awards are hosted by the HBA of Greater Austin’s Sales and Marketing Council in recognition of sales and marketing excellence. The awards honor builders, developers, remodelers and associates who have made a significant and creative contribution to the home building industry through specific achievements during the previous year.
