David Weekley Homes Wins Two Prism Awards
Houston, TX (October 14, 2025): )David Weekley Homes, one of the nation’s largest privately held builders, received two awards at the 2025 Houston’s Best PRISM Awards, hosted by the Greater Houston Builders Association. These accolades bring the company’s total to more than 880 awards for product design and more than 1,575 overall.
David Weekley Homes was recognized with Best Interior Merchandising of a Model Home for The Begonia in the Rosenberg community of Brookewater in the Production Builder $400,000 to $500,000 category. Additionally, the builder’s outreach efforts were recognized with Best Charitable Project for its ninth annual Christmas Village Toy Store, which provides low-income families with a Christmas toy shopping experience.
