New David Weekley Model Homes Coming Soon to Waterset
Tampa, FL (August 3, 2022): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest national privately held home builders, recently broke ground on two model homes in the Apollo Beach community of Waterset. The two model homes are slated to open for tours in October 2022.
Once open, The Rivergate model from the Waterset Cottage Series will feature four bedrooms, four full baths and a three-car garage. This 3,724-square-foot, two-story home will include a study, bonus room and extended lanai.
From the builder’s Waterset Garden Series, The Nightingale model will be a one-story home with three bedrooms, two full baths and a two-car garage. It will showcase a study and lanai and offer 1,752 square feet of living space.
Waterset is currently open for sales and offers 14 one- and two-story floor plans, ranging in size from 1,560 to 3,770 square feet of living space. Six new floor plan options from the Cottage Series and seven new floor plan options from the Garden Series will soon become available.
Residents in Waterset can enjoy community amenities, including an amenity center, swimming pools, fitness room, parks, dog park and playgrounds. Waterset also offers convenient access to trails and nearby cities via I-75.
