New David Weekley Model Homes Now Open and New Section Now Selling in Jubilee
Visitors can tour The Cody model home daily in Jubilee – Grove Row Collection.
Houston, TX (June 11, 2026): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, opened two new model homes and is now selling in a new section in the Hockley, TX, community of Jubilee.
TA grand opening event for the new model homes is taking place from 4-7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 16707 Vibrant Avenue. At the event, visitors can enjoy live music, a branded summer hat bar, custom perfume bar, light bites, desserts, drinks, a dirty soda bar and a giveaway.
The new model home in Jubilee – Grove Row Collection, The Cody, is open for tours daily at 16703 Vibrant Avenue. It is 2,275 square feet and showcases four bedrooms, two full baths, one half bath and a two-car garage.
In Jubilee – Cottages Row Collection, The Gunderson model home is now open daily for tours at 16707 Vibrant Avenue. The Gunderson features 2,569 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, two full baths, one half bath and a three-car garage.

Additionally, David Weekley Homes is now selling in a new section in Jubilee – Reserve Collection, where buyers can select from homes situated on 45-foot homesites, ranging in size from approximately 1,876 to 3,003 square feet of living space with three to five bedrooms, two to three full baths, up to one half bath and two- to three-car garages. Waterfront homesites and homesites with no back neighbors are available.
