Encore by David Weekley Homes will begin building soon in The Ridge at Victory.

Phoenix, AZ (January 17, 2025): Encore by David Weekley Homes, the 55+ lifestyle division of David Weekley Homes, will soon begin building The Ridge at Victory, a new phase within the master-planned community of Victory at Verrado in Buckeye, AZ. 

In The Ridge at Victory the builder will offer seven new one-story floor plans exclusively for 55+ homebuyers. The homes will be situated on 68-foot homesites and feature approximately 2,500 to 3,200 square feet of living space.
