New Mixed-Use Retail Center Coming to David Weekley Homes Community Seven Pines

A new retail center from Regency Centers is coming soon to the David Weekley Homes community of Seven Pines.

Jacksonville, FL (June 10, 2026): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, is actively building in four collections of the Jacksonville, FL, community of Seven Pines, where homeowners will soon benefit from the addition of The Village at Seven Pines, a new Publix-anchored retail and community destination being developed by Regency Centers.
