Nashville, TN (April 4, 2025): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, has recently closed on a parcel of land in Hendersonville, off Saundersville Road, to self-develop the coming soon community of Forest Park. 

Expected to begin development in spring 2025, the builder plans to offer 100 townhomes and 56 paired villas. Once open, homeowners in Forest Park will have access to resort-style amenities including a pool, workout room, gathering spaces and parks. Residents will also be nearby shopping, dining and entertainment in The Streets of Indian Lake, as well as Station Camp High School.
