Help Us Name Our Amenity Center and Win a $200 Amazon Gift Card!

Encore by David Weekley Homes at FishHawk Ranch is a 55+ lifestyle community located in Tampa, FL. Encore residents will have full access to all of FishHawk’s recreational spaces – like splash pads for the grandkids, a lake house, trails and more. In addition, Encore will have its very own 5,000 square foot amenity center, complete with a Lifestyle Director! This space will be used for a variety of activities, such as wine tastings around the fire pit with neighbors, fitness classes to stay in prime physical shape, spirited games of bocce ball, movie nights and unwinding with friends.

Construction on the amenity center will begin soon, but we need your help to name this amazing space.

• Between July 7 and July 14, we’ll be accepting your suggestions for an amenity center name on our Facebook page. Facebook.com/WeekleyHomes
• We’ll select our favorite submissions and ask our fans to vote between July 15 and July 29.
• The person who submits the winning name will receive a $200 Amazon gift card AND all voters will be placed into a drawing for a $50 Amazon gift card!
• Winners will be announced on July 30.
