Our first homebuyer/owner website version 1.0 was created back in 2001 and then we launched version 2.0 in 2006. Now it's time for version 3.0! A mobile friendly design packed with personalized information. With this site our Customers can:

  • Share their home’s exciting progress with friends and family

Where did we get the questions on the Lifestyle Questionnaire?

These questions were provided by our Design Center Managers.

What happened to the All About Me Survey?

We renamed it and we updated the questions. Now it is called the Lifestyle Questionnaire. An email with the results will be sent out to Sales.

Can a Sales Consultant view or delete photos uploaded by a Homeowner?

No, photos uploaded by our Customers are visible only to them and their friends and family.

How did we come up with the styles in the Style Finder Quiz?

Our designers across all of our markets provided us with a number of styles. We asked Karen from Kathy Andrews Interiors to help us narrow it down to the 6 you see today.

Can I change the order of the photos on the buyer site?

No. Customers are able to sort by date and filter the photos by stages. They can also mark photos their favorite and view only the favorite ones.

How do I reset a Customer's password?

TMs do not reset Customer's passwords. Customers can log on to and click on having issues logging on. A pop up will ask for the email address that was used to set up the account, and an email will be sent to that email address with instructions to reset their password.

My Customer did not recieve the email to set up their account. Can I resend it?

Yes, you can go to and click on the resend invitation link below the log in section. Enter the job number and this will send an email to the email address that was the primary when the sale was approved.

If the email address is incorrect in TIPS, you will need to contact the help desk to get it corrected and a new invitation sent out.

Where does the Customer see the selections that have been chosen for their home?

Once the home has started, the start lock flag is checked, or Final Selections have been marked complete, Wish List will turn into Final Selections, where the customer’s will see the selections on their home.

My sale closed today but my buyer has not received an invite. Why?

The sale has to be approved in TIPS, in order for customers to receive the auto-generated email with instructions on how to create an account for

How do we show the Customers their buyer site?

The Demo site has been created for this purpose, in order for Sales to give customers a brief walk through of what to expect. You can access this site at

Do the username and passwords created on the old site work on this one?

For security reasons, the new site has been setup for Customers to create their own username and password, similar to bank institutions. Each Customer must setup a new account on the new site.
