What are David Weekley Homes Authentic Reviews?

A David Weekley Homes Authentic Review is an actual homeowner’s story about their experience working with us. We do not pay Homeowners for these reviews, we simply ask them to rate and review their experience working with us to help others like them select the builder that’s right for them.

Why are you collecting reviews?

We are collecting reviews for several reasons. First, we know people want to hear about experiences from other people just like them. Reading reviews from actual David Weekley Homeowners will give you what you need to compare and choose a builder that’s right for you. Secondly, we are passionate about, and committed to, providing the best customer service to our Homebuyers, and this will help ensure we are doing just that.

What happens to my review after I submit it?

Once you submit a review, it is received and read by an unbiased 3rd party company, Bazaarvoice. Once their moderation process is complete, your story may be published to our website.

Why are you using a 3rd party company to collect reviews?

We partnered with a 3rd party company with you in mind. We know how important readings reviews is when making a big purchase, and we wanted to ensure that we were collecting completely authentic reviews from our Homeowners. This ensures we’re collecting real reviews, from real homeowners, who have real stories to tell.

How do I find a review for a specific community?

If we have reviews for the community you’re looking for, they’ll be displayed under the Reviews Tab on the Community Page. This tab is located to the right of the Sales Team Tab.

How do I leave a review on

You can submit a review if you receive a Ratings & Reviews invitation after purchasing a home from us.

Why didn’t my review post immediately to the website?

Each Homeowner’s review is moderated to ensure it meets certain decency, privacy and other guidelines. If the review complies with the guidelines, it should appear on the website within 72 hours of completion.

Why are reviews moderated?

Reviews are moderated to screen them for profanity, personally identifiable information, or inaccurate information to ensure that the content posted is not offensive or inappropriate.

Where do I go to read my review?

If your review complies with guidelines, it may be displayed under the Reviews tab either located on the Find a Home page for your city, or on the Community Page for your community.
