Great experience and great home.

We had an excellent experience with David Weekley Homes. This is a very well run company with systems in place to ensure a great experience and final home. We moved into this home from a new home built by a supposedly high end builder. The Weekley home is constructed better. The employees were all professional, friendly, helpful, and competent. We definitely recommend building with Weekley.

Superb Weekley experience

We looked at various David Weekley homes for almost one year and were extremely impressed with the quality and workmanship. Their efficiency in construction is second to none. When they start a home, you can be assured that it will be completed within 6 months or less. They choose quality lots in superb neighborhoods for top resale values and their sales personnel are friendly and professional. Our sales consultant went out of her way to assist us in the transaction and move. We could not be more pleased or appreciative.

Dream team

Although we bought the house that was already comlleted for another customer, a relatively short experience interacting with a sales representative, Crystal, and house superintendent, Jeremy, was just absolutely perfect! We identified few items on inspection and a walkthrough, with some items that were part of the design and not technically a quality issue that typically would not be entrtained by a builder (at least based on our prior experience with other builder in the area), but not in this case! All issues were attended to expeditiously and corrected as per our request. The house was presented in perfectly cleaned conditions. That was absolutely the best experience and the only reqret is that we did not have a chance to go through the entire building process with this excellent team of professionals.

Good home but could be better

Overall, my experience with David Weekley Homes was mixed. On the positive side, the sales team and construction manager were excellent. Communication was strong, they were responsive throughout the process, and they genuinely tried to be helpful. From a customer service standpoint, the experience during sales and construction was solid. That said, the final finishes and overall product quality did not fully meet expectations, especially for a home at this price point. Interior paint quality and finish options felt limited, and higher-quality paint and finish upgrades should be offered. Similarly, there should be more flexibility and options for additional electrical outlets, lighting, and fixture placement. These are things homeowners notice immediately after move-in. The architectural design could also benefit from better homeowner feedback. There were several areas where light switches would have been better placed, door swings could have been reversed, or layouts slightly adjusted to improve everyday usability. These aren't structural issues, but they impact how the home actually lives. One suggestion that could greatly improve future homes would be for David Weekley to formally meet with homeowners at 3, 6, and 12 months after move-in to gather feedback and use it to refine designs, finishes, and options going forward. In summary, the people were great, but the final details and customization options need improvement. With stronger finish quality, more electrical and design flexibility, and better feedback loops, the overall product could be significantly better.

Exceptional Experience

David and Stuart were amazing to work with. David made the buying process simple and stress-free, even as we worked through selling two homes at the same time. He was always positive, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable about the home and the overall process. Stuart stayed on top of all punch items, was timely with follow-through, and ensured the quality of work was done right. I've bought several new-construction homes, and this was hands-down the best experience. David Weekly builds quality homes that they stand by, and their exceptional staff makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

Chapel Crossing Home

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our home, and I truly can't say enough good things about the entire team. From the very beginning, our sales consultant Andrew Rodriguez made the process smooth, stress-free, and exciting. Andrew was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to take the time to answer our questions. He made us feel confident in every decision and never made us feel rushed. His professionalism and kindness truly set the tone for our entire homebuilding journey. Our builder, Eric Espinosa, was equally amazing. Eric was communicative, detail-oriented, and genuinely cared about the quality of our home. He kept us informed throughout the build, addressed any concerns promptly, and took pride in his work. It was clear that he wanted our home to be built right, not just built quickly. We always felt supported and well taken care of. After closing, our warranty representative David Meyer has been fantastic. David has been responsive, professional, and extremely helpful with any warranty-related questions or requests. He made the post-move-in process easy and reassuring, which means so much as a homeowner. This team truly went above and beyond, and we are so grateful for their dedication, communication, and care. If you're considering building a home, you will be in excellent hands with this company and especially with Andrew, Eric, and David. We couldn't be happier with our experience and our new home!
