Excellent Homebuilding Experience

We had an excellent experience building our home. Jodi, Hardley, and Jason were extremely helpful, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. They made everything feel easy and kept us informed every step of the way. We are very happy with the experience and truly appreciate all their help.

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish

My wife and I recently built our home with the assistance of Raechel, Mason, and their team, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Raechel was an exceptional sales consultant who consistently went above and beyond to support us throughout every step of the homebuying process. Mason, our builder, was assigned to us midway through the building process and did an outstanding job stepping in seamlessly. He quickly got up to speed and ensured that everything was on track, taking the time to make sure every detail-from the front yard to the backyard-met the highest standard. We are truly grateful for their hard work and commitment, and we would not have been able to achieve this without them. We highly recommend both Raechel and Mason to anyone considering building a home.

Home sweet home!

The home that we purchased was already finished when we bought it, but we were very impressed with the construction style using quality products and the amenities that were included with the home, such as the home layout, soft close cabinet doors, and beautiful landscaping. We were also impressed with the knowledgeable, courteous and professional staff, which made the purchasing process a pleasant and smooth experience. We appreciated how David Weekley stands behind their product with warranties, including contact people that you actually get to meet in person that will help you deal with any problems you encounter during that first year of ownership. I would also like to give a shout out our sales rep Chalee and our builder Kyle for special recognition for their guidance and support along the way.

I want to start by saying all the people we have worked with are great, specifically the builder Nick, our warranty guy Russ, and Jon Haden. They have done a great job. Unfortunately we have had nothing but issues since we moved in. When we first moved in we did not have hot water and had to get that adjusted. Then our gas when out and we found out we had to replace the entire regulator. At the same time our hot water went out again which is crazy to happen twice in two months. And then our dryer stopped working and it has been multiple days since we've gotten a response to get help. Overall this has been disappointing to have so many issues in such short of time. Again, the people are amazing but the issues have been overwhelming at times.

Bad experience post closing

Home buying process was excellent but post closing experience has been poor.

The attention to detail is beyond anyone's reasonable expectations. Sue Connor and Cy were amazing, the entire staff goes the extra mile, and keep you fully informed every step of the way. Home quality is above that of other local builders. Great job guys!
