The Good and the Bad

Everything went really well. I had a great experience with Angela and Mike. They made the process easy, stress free, and enjoyable. I can't say enough about them, they were fabulous. I do have some complaints, 1st with IDESIGN and 2nd with the air conditioning in the media room. I met with Jon Lugo of IDesign and we discussed in detail what I needed as far as wiring, ethernet, tv mounting (specifically the tv above the stone fireplace) and led lighting. I signed a contract and the fees are added into the purchase agreement and become part of your mortgage loan. After closing I made an appointment for installation (as instructed) with IDESIGN. The installer arrived at 7am and did not leave until 7:30pm. He was supposed to hang 6 tvs and connect 2 computers and 2 gaming systems to the ethernet. He did not have the correct equipment to complete the installation and as of today it is still not completed. I have scheduled 3 appointments with IDESIGN and they have failed to show for each one. I have asked JJ Santa Cruz (warranty rep) for information and help. He's tried but having the same issues. No one from the company has called me since failing to show for the last appointment. I did speak with Terry during the installation who said he was a project manager. He said he would send out a top notch IT tech but that never happened. My issue is the money I paid them/you is in the loan and I have no way of getting refunded for failure to complete the job. I'm surprised after having such a great experience with the builder and agent that you have this company representing David Weekley. Big disappointment. The other issue is the air conditioner in the media room. I changed it into an office and diaylsis treatment area for my husband who has kidney disease. It is hot and humid in the room. The rest of the house is fine, but there is little air flow into my husband's room. I called JJ who sent out Sonoran Mechanical. The tech told me he couldn't fix it because the house was built to not allow that much airflow into the room. ?? He was going to forward the report to the builder and try to come up with a solution. That was about a month ago. My husband is on his diaylsis machine for 4 hours, 4 times a week. The reason I bought this house was because of the media room, which gave my husband privacy while in treatment. At our prior home we had to do his treatment in the front open living room with no privacy whatsoever. Hoping we can get both these issues resolved with your help. Thank you

Seamless Experience from Start to Finish

From the moment we started the sales process to the final warranty visit, everything with David Weekley Homes was easy and straightforward. The entire team was supportive and made the experience feel smooth and organized. Tri, Rob, Jackson, and others were always helpful and responsive, making sure our questions were answered and things stayed on track. Even after we moved in, the service continued to be top-notch. The companies David Weekley partners with for follow-up work have been just as great to work with. A big thank you to Shane from Banko Garage, who not only fixed the issue we had but also noticed boxes piled in our garage and offered to take them to a dumpster for us. That kind of thoughtfulness really stands out. The build quality is excellent, and the entire process felt well-managed from beginning to end. We couldn't be happier with our home and would recommend David Weekley Homes to anyone looking to build.

Before and after Closing

Cannot give Caleb Bish enough stars for what a fantastic building manager he is. He communicated every step of the way and was very responsive to every concern we had. Even months after our close he continues to be available for questions and following along with the warranty team when we have had to have repairs to make sure all was well. Plus he is just a wonderful human being as is Mary Perry. Dean and Sami in Warranty also very responsive in getting a handful of needed repairs completed in a timely. fashion. We have continued to feel very well taken care of by our David Weekly team.

Exceptional Experience with Noel and Stephanie!

From start to finish, our homebuilding journey with David Weekley Homes was nothing short of outstanding and a huge part of that was thanks to Stephanie and Noel. Stephanie, our Senior Sales Consultant, was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. She guided us through the entire process with clarity and enthusiasm, always ready with answers and options. Her prompt communication and attention to detail gave us confidence. Noel, our Lead Builder, brought that same level of professionalism and positivity to the construction side. She was organized, responsive, and thorough, ensuring every detail of our home was handled with care and precision. Her calm demeanor was reassuring and made you feel at ease. One of the highlights of our experience was the weekly Tuesday build meetings-we genuinely looked forward to them! Great Experience!

We had an exceptional experience buying a move in ready home from David Weekly in Mantua. There were a few small things we wanted to add on, like additional shelving in closet and blinds, and they didn't hesitate to make it happen. Our builder, Brett, really went above and beyond for us from the first day we looked at the house, fixing everything we mentioned to him even if it wasn't "required" on his part. And he continues to check in with us a month after closing. Stephanie in sales was also extremely helpful with any questions we had taking the time to answer our emails and texts on days she wasn't even in the office.

The Best!

Our experience was amazing .They helped us every step of the way. The time it took us to move in was incredible. Our home is everything we hoped for and above our expectations. We are very happy!!!. Even after we were in "Will" helped support our additions. We would recommend David Weekly for all our friends!

Loving our Retirement Home

We purchased a home that was completed. We would have loved to make changes but realized it was not possible . Overall from the start, Jaime our representative for David Weekly, Tony the building supervisor, Jourdan who oversees the warranty concerns after closing have all been very patient, professional and corrected/addressed all of our concerns. Very pleased with taking us comfortable and grateful for our new home. We couldn't have asked for a more professional group of people that always followed through with our questions and concerns. Very impressed with the David Weekly team. The only complaint I have is the quality of the cabinetry. They should have put soft close throughout the house not just the kitchen. We met Taylor today and was a pleasure speaking to him. Another great asset to your team. Mary Fran

David Weekley was always my number one choice

My experience was made AMAZING by Heather. I probably drove her crazy telling her that David Weekley was my #1 choice, but she took that and ran with it, proving me right every step of the way. The entire process was the BEST real estate experience I've ever had. She's sharp, she's on-point, and she made sure our mission was accomplished. She didn't just meet my expectations-she exceeded them. And the momentum just kept building. After closing, we met Sean. He was fantastic, immediately addressing the few super minor things on my list. The house is SOLID-my own independent inspector confirmed it. Sean always followed up and made sure we were happy. Just when you think it can't get better, you meet Tim from the warranty team. Also amazing! I've been in this industry for a decade, and he still managed to teach me a few things, and takes care of us the right way. With respect, knowledge and overall being a great guy. I can't say it enough: I was right about David Weekley. This team and company are the real deal. If you want a home-buying experience where your expectations are not only met but completely surpassed, these are the people you want.
