Perfection and Support From Start TO Move In!

From the time we identified the lot with Mary in sales, the design center experience, pre-construction with Darren the assigned builder, and finally the walk through; absolute perfection! The David Weekly process covers all aspects of home building and does so with dedication to their mission which is building a great home with a satisfied customer. I would highly recommend David Weekly if you are looking for a home where they are building.

New Home purchase

The home was 90% complete when we entered into the contract with Weekley homes. Eric was extremely helpful, providing all the information on the home and the community. Eric listened to our needs and was ablr to show us the model homes desired. He continues to respond to questions and remedies concerns. He and Sy have been a blessing to our new home experience.

Warranty concerns

I recently purchased a brand-new home and was initially very pleased with the process. During the final stages, I was highly encouraged to leave a five-star review, which I did based on the overall experience at that time. However, after moving in, I reached out to the warranty department regarding a few issues that needed to be addressed. A technician was sent out to inspect the concerns, and I was told that someone would follow up to schedule the necessary repairs. Unfortunately, more than a week has passed with no communication, and I ultimately had to fix the issue myself. Adding to my frustration, I received a call informing me that my hurricane shutters were not fully installed and that someone would need to come back out to complete the job. This was never communicated to me at closing, and now it requires additional appointments that I have to arrange on my limited days off. This lack of transparency and coordination has been disappointing, especially after being assured that everything would be completed and move-in ready. As a new homeowner, I expected more reliable support under the builder's warranty. My initial five-star review was given in good faith, but my recent experiences have left me feeling unsettled. I hope this feedback will help improve communication and follow-through for future homeowners.
