Elements of Surprise.

This was my first home to purchase alone. My husband passed away 2 1/2 years ago. I came with my realtor and toured 3 existing homes and 3 new builds. I felt buying a new home vs an existing home was my best option because a new home comes with warranty and since this is a fresh start for me I decided to go with the new build. It was a great decision! I'm settling in and learning quirks of the home. I'm loving the house and my new neighborhood. I've met so many nice people. The only issue is the parking situation. My friends that already live here worked out the park between their quad mates and everything is copacetic. I I've only met two of my mates but did not discuss parking as I didn't know it was a problem for others in the community. Honestly if my quad mates and I make an agreement how we are going to choose to park and it works out well, then there is no issue. For the most part I've heard nothing about it. Absolutely love all the different areas to relax outside sprawled out within Elements. I have not ventured out and driven through the big V. But they sure like using Elements as a drive through for convenience and or a shortcut. The fly around the roundabout like it's the autobahn. Already I've almost been hit in my car 3 times and once in my golf cart. I do not drive over the speed limit as I know people like to walk early in the morning and in the evening. This is a real problem and a design flaw as is the quad T parking. But as far as my home and the quality, I fine it exceptional. With all the walking trails, sculptures and shade it is refreshing to move this in the middle of the concrete city. The amenities and all the areas within Elements, I don't know why more peoples aren't flocking here.
