We had an outstanding experience building our home with David Weekley Homes. Their team was professional, attentive, and consistent from start to finish. The weekly check-ins kept us well-informed and reassured, and we always felt supported and prioritized throughout the entire process. What truly set them apart was their continued care even after completion. They have remained in contact to ensure we are loving our home and have everything we need. They went above and beyond to make sure we got our home, and we are incredibly grateful for such a seamless and thoughtful experience.

Tributary development

I have just purchased a Johanna model at tributary in yulee Florida the process began in July 2025 and I closed on March 11th 2026 and I watched the entire process from raw land through closing it was a fun process and interesting to see my home take shape when I would visit I was very pleased with the sales process as well as working with my personal builder there were a couple of hiccups along the way but that's to be expected with new construction and issues that surfaced work dealt with promptly and professionally by my personal builder as well as by the warranty manager Steve nix overall I am a very happy customer David weekley has been a pleasure to work with I gave some candid feedback about a couple of items that they might improve upon in terms of flexibility regarding options but overall dollar for dollar I think I got a great value and one of the best lots available in this development it's a great long-term investment and a great lifestyle improvement for me

Awesome experience, from our initial fact-finding visit to bring handed our keys. Can't really comment beyond that as we've only been in for 2 weeks now...but they do keep checking in on us! This is a quality builder with exceptional staff and crews. Highest recommendation..

Good Work Overall, Needs Better Oversight

Overall, the quality of the work on the new home is good, and the people involved have been supportive throughout the process. However, the experience would have been even better with closer supervision before the final walkthrough. I had to rely on a gentleman's word to ensure that the remaining fixes would be completed after handover. While I appreciate the cooperation, more thorough monitoring and attention to detail beforehand would have provided greater satisfaction and confidence.

David Weekly Rocks!!

We had been looking for homes for about three years before we discovered the David Weekly Maple Grove development. We were very impressed with the quality of the homes and even more so with the helpful DW representatives. Heather P was exceptional in helping us understand what our needs would be, what home would work best for us and then in helping to introduce us to the community. We could not have had a better experience. And a shout out to Carey, the construction manager - he was incredibly informative and kept things moving - the quality of the build is phenomenal.
