I love David Weekley

Satisfied Customer!

We purchased the model so our experience may have differed from a build out after contract. What I can say is that Paige, the sales manager in the model offices and Chance, the managing contractor at Leander Estates have been fantastic to work with. We have had more experience with Paige who was and has been a real gem but our encounter with Chance during the pre-closing walk through was also excellent. I really do not think our experience could have been any better, so far. We will not occupy the home until after the continued use by David Weekley, of the model and will have that experience in the future but judging from what we have experienced so far, I expect that will go quite well.

Great Builder from beginning to end

David Weekly Homes and their sales rep Melissa Ramig were outstanding. Melissa is so wonderful. She worked with us on every step of the process. We cannot say enough great things about her or anyone else with David Weekly Homes

We love our new home!

The entire process from start to finish was so much less stressful than we expected. Jeff, Dawn, and Chris made this process as easy as it could have been. We had small hiccups along the way as is expected when building a home but, everything was resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Thank you so much to our DW team for building us our dream home!

Waterset/Bradson

My realtor introduced us to David Weekly homes suggesting during the hurricane David Weekley's structural integrity surpassed the rest of the builders. Then he took me to the model where I met Cindy, who was amazing. She took us around the neighborhood and showed us different models. We were very pleased with her experienced level of customer service. I finally fell in love with a model and then she set me up at the design center twice. I thought my home was going to be more customized but since the design center didn't have what I was looking for they gave me other options. Laura was also amazing. I would just suggest more of a variety. I really wanted a stand alone tub and a pot filler. I was considering other homes. We live once and I really wanted two things in my forever home that I can't get. I may change out the tub in the future but I will never get my pot filler. Then I was introduced to my builder Norman. He was very patient and equally as amazing as Cindy. She knew what she was doing when she partnered us. He had lots of patience, considering how picky I was. The only down side to my experience was that I was unhappiness about was my cabinet got dinged during construction and it was repaired but I can still see it. I also feel like someone wiped my sink with a very sharp scrubber and I can see that as well as my toilet paper holder that got yanked out of the wall. I get subcontractors make mistakes, or products arrived damaged, but they really have to be more careful. I can't unsee the fix on the cabinet. It's been painted white, but I know it's there. Norman made sure the rest of the items from my inspection was handled before our final walkthrough. I was also upset about the landscaping, but I guess it comes like that for this particular home. At the end of the day Norman made sure I was happy. Over all I'm so grateful and we are super excited about this chapter of our lives.

Communication

During the house building process, the communication between the construction and sales team and us was fantastic! Every week, they call to give an update on what's complete and what's next. We never had to call to ask. When Clint saw us driving in the neighborhood, he would stop us to talk about progress and ask if we had any concerns. They worked with us on our irrigation plan. David Weekley builds a great home!
