High Quality, great customer support

The house was already built but we wouldn't have changed a thing.

Eh...

The home was close to complete when we bought it so I cannot attest to the full experience. The sales person was great & we only met the builder a few times but he was nice... But not super impressed with the work on the home. A TON of cosmetic issues. Bad paint jobs, bad caulking, messed up trim, crooked door handles. Overspray & paint drips everywhere. Paint all over the floor by the baseboards, paint all over the outlets, etc. Missing tiles in the shower, crooked tile work. Crooked kitchen cabinet handles. Paint chipping off the island already after 2 weeks! They literally put sod over garbage, rocks, screws, nails, glass etc. They planted plants that were completely eaten by rabbits & said "oh yeah tons of rabbits here"... So why wouldn't you plant something else? We had to dig up the plants and buy new ones. Every day I see something new that is wrong with the house. I knew it wouldn't be 100% perfect but you can tell the houses are built as fast as possible so they can move on to the next, no care. And these are just the things I can actually SEE, which is a bit concerning... Not sure I would recommend to anyone.

Exceptional Experience

?I recently completed home purchase with David Weekley, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. A huge part of that success was thanks to the realtor, Mary. ?While the builder's team was professional, Mary was my true advocate. She attended every walkthrough, caught small construction details I would have missed, and ensured all upgrades were documented perfectly. Her communication between me and the builder was invaluable. If you are looking for a high-quality build and a stress-free process, I highly recommend this builder-and I cannot recommend Mary enough for her expertise and dedication.

Amazing David Weekley New Home Experience

The entire David Weekley new home experience from start to finish was simply amazing!! There are outstanding employees in every company, however our sales manager, Nate Gilbert is the gold standard. Having a career in business and sales we've come across a variety of professionals, those that go the extra mile and those who appear as if they do, but really don't....its only about perception! Nate Gilbert went miles above the rest, he IS the best of the best. In our unique situation, including family loss, we had unexpected personal setbacks, which made our process longer than anticipated, emotional and really tough! Nate never gave up, he walked through the fire with us and showed what true faith looks like. His commitment to us felt like family, he remembered all the details, his attitude was always positive, heartfelt, and genuinely connected. He continued to focus on what was important to us. His follow up/follow through, creative ability to think outside the box, and deliver over and over again was exceptional! We are forever grateful and feel blessed to have worked with such an outstanding person! Our construction manager Matt was professional, thorough, communicative and equally impressive! Both Nate and Matt have continued, after closing, to be helpful and informative! In a world that's turning away from authentic, human, customer service, our new home process, from initial contact through closing would not have happened, if it wasn't for these individuals. We thank you, we applaud you and we appreciate all the assistance we received from the David Weekley team! The quality, architectural detail and features are a cut above the rest. Overall from start to finish the team at Encore Streamside did an outstanding job. They understood your expectations and delivered a home as designed. The key to the building process was the team's outstanding communication throughout each stage of construction.
