From the initial greeting at the model home to each building phase to the designer center to the title company meeting to the warranty team and closing, everyone was very professional and informative. It was a great and stress free experience.

We had never built a home before, but this experience has been fantastic! All the people in the process have been so kind, resourceful, and efficient from our sales person, Amarah, to our Design consultant, Nikki, to our builder, Joe. They were all very responsive to our questions and communicated in a timely manner. I definitely recommend building with David Weekley!

We never expected building a home could be so effortless. Our home was ready to move in in under 4 months from our hole being dug out. Our salesperson and builder were amazing. Our designer was knowledgeable and took time with us to make our home seem very custom-made for us. David Weekly provided great choices on interior materials and amazing upgrade possibilities. We love our new home!

Most people will say building a home is really painful when dealing with the builder. Not at all in this experience. I am all about process and good ones will eliminate bad communication and focus expectations. Your processes are perfect along with the people you employ. Angela for the sale, Dillion for the build and JJ for the warranty. How can you go wrong with these three. Also the design center experience was very helpful and Jenna helped us through a stressful day.

Review of Weekly Homes and Their Representatives

I was an out of state home shopper and enlisted the help of my son who lives in Arlington, Texas to handle some of the purchase details. I know he would agree with me that we were impressed with not only with David Weekly homes but probably even more so with your company's representatives. Of particular note are Kristin Helbing and Jonathan Jones. We have had the need to contact each of them on several occasions. They were both extremely helpful in answering our questions. We really appreciate their efforts to help us. They are part of the reasons why David Weekly Homes is recognized as a five-star builder.

First Time Home Buyer

Rawlee the Sales Rep for David weekly was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the home buying process. He was there from the beginning to turning over the key. As a first time home buyer he made the experience so pleasurable and easy. Even when there was a hick up that was not his fault by the way, he was there helping trying to figure things out. During the construction phase, the Construction manager Ethan communicated every detail to us weekly. If something came up before the next call, we would get a text and or call. All I can say is buy yourself a David Weekly home if you want a seamless process with transparency and grace.
