5 stars from Mary in sales who went above and beyond by always being available for any questions we had throughout the process, to Andy the building manager who took the time to go over everything with us and make himself available whenever we had a question, to Kimberley in warranty who didn't leave a stone unturned with warranty items, to Nicole at the mortgage company who made certain we understood everything and also was available whenever we needed her! Wow! Our house was beautiful and reflected the professional, kind, and compassionate team at David Weekley! Thank you, David Weekley!!

A Truly Personal Homebuilding Experience

We had a fantastic experience building our home with Jermain and Mechele at David Weekley. Jermain was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and always willing to go above and beyond to accommodate our requests and make sure everything was taken care of. The experience felt personal and truly customized to us. It was clear that he took pride in building a high-quality home and making sure everything was done right. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely a joy to work with. We couldn't have asked for a better team to guide us through the building process!

Everyone we've worked with has been amazing. From our very first "let's just go see" visit through selling our place while monitoring our new build from afar, then finally moving in...it's been a stellar experience from start to finish. We're so happy to be here and we love our place so much!

New Move - Smyrna to Woodstock

This is the 2nd home I've had built and this - by far - was the best experience!! Everyone - from Jordan to Heather to Brittany to Carey to Kenya has been stellar! I appreciated everyone working with me when I had questions and the attention to detail was impressive! I also loved the portal that allowed me/allows me quick access to information and pictures and now to warranty issues (so far - none!). I'm just so happy with my decision to move here!

1st Time New build - awful experience

We were our own project manager. Wrong counters tops, stripped the wrong bathroom wall, incorrect thinset used for glass tile. Everything always came down to "within tolerance", poor workmanship is not acceptable. Wrap it up with taking 1month to receive our closing day photo. This experience was disheartening and truly ruined what should have been an exciting experience.

Outstanding Team

We have built a couple of homes before and David Weekley by far is the best. From Zan our realtor, Chris and Bill our builders and the design team they make the process stress free and fun. Any concerns we had were addressed immediately. There were not many. If we decide to ever build again David Weekley is who I will look for.
