ABOUT CARE
By joining together with our Team Members and extended family of Homeowners, Homebuyers and community partners, we are improving lives through the volunteer and philanthropic efforts of our CARE program, which we define as:
Committed to Building Community Character… encouraging a culture of caring and contribution with our Team Members, Customers and Community.
Active in our Community… engaging our communities through Team Members completing hundreds of projects and The David Weekley Family Foundation donating more than $100 million to worthy causes over the past 20 years.
Responsible to our Community… living up to our responsibility of Building Dreams and Enhancing the Lives of our Team, Customers and Community.
Enhancing our Community… living a life of service to provide true meaning and purpose.
For more than 20 years, The David Weekley Family Foundation has donated more than $100 million to worthy causes here in the U.S. and abroad, and our Team Members volunteer thousands of hours each year working with various organizations. Through this strong culture of volunteerism, we are able to further live out Our Purpose by bringing back a sense of community to our neighborhoods and cities by devoting our collective resources and talents to many worthy causes.
While our CARE program focuses on many local initiatives in the cities in which we live and work, we also partner with a variety of national organizations like Habitat for Humanity, American Red Cross, Boy Scouts of America and the National MS Society.
