Great experience

I recently closed on my new home at Pecan Square with David Weekley Homes, and I'm very satisfied with the entire process and outcome. From start to finish, everything went smoothly, and I want to give a special shoutout to two outstanding team members who made it all possible. Brooks, the lead builder, has been absolutely amazing. Even after closing, he has continued to address any minor issues with great care and professionalism. His attention to detail and dedication to making sure everything is just right has truly stood out. It's clear he takes pride in his work, and I appreciate the time he's taken to ensure my home is in perfect condition. I also want to thank Rachel Peterson, my sales agent, for making the entire buying and closing process seamless. She was always available to answer my questions-no matter how big or small-and provided clear, honest information throughout. Her support made a big difference and helped me feel confident every step of the way. If you're considering a home at Pecan Square, I highly recommend David Weekley Homes-and especially Brooks and Rachel. Great people, great homes, and a fantastic experience overall!

Highly recommend

We had never built a home before, but this experience has been fantastic! All the people in the process have been so kind, resourceful, and efficient from our sales person, Amarah, to our Design consultant, Nikki, to our builder, Joe. They were all very responsive to our questions and communicated in a timely manner. I definitely recommend building with David Weekley!

Love it!

We never expected building a home could be so effortless. Our home was ready to move in in under 4 months from our hole being dug out. Our salesperson and builder were amazing. Our designer was knowledgeable and took time with us to make our home seem very custom-made for us. David Weekly provided great choices on interior materials and amazing upgrade possibilities. We love our new home!
