It truly was a team effort between our Builder's represenative, Alexus, our Builder, Blake, and our warranty managers Oliver and Katlynn. What really sells me on David Weekly is how this team was there after the sale. They are touching up paint after moving in as well as educating us on our equipment and reminding us to warranty the kitchen appliances even after sale and moving in.

Staff made our entire experience worth it. The house is build great and staff make sure to do a thorough job explaining how to care for the house and have been there every step of the way.

A Beautiful Neighborhood

Since I was immensely pleased with the experience of purchasing my home, I am compelled to share my experience and to recognize the individuals involved in the process. My first impression of David Weekey Homes was promising. The exterior of the home carried a modern look that I found appealing. The interior's open floor plan promotes interactions during gatherings and the side rooms allow for privacy if desired. Using 2 X 6 exterior wall stubs instead of the standard 2 X 4's will place this home high on the list of being energy efficient. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms Mariella Russo. Her pleasant demeanor and attentiveness was helpful and appreciated. Ms Russo's involvement made the process less stressful. Also, I would like to thank Mr Ryan Shoaf. Mr Shoaf (Builter) made himself available in a timely manner to address any issues or questions. In addition, Mr Shoaf went out of his way to find a prompt resolve to any concerns I had. It was clear early on that the staff was attentive to my needs. They displayed a loyalty to David Weekley Homes and a pride in what they were representing. If you are seeking a well built home with competent and professional people supporting it, then I encourage you to explore the David Weekley Homes in the newly established Hardy Pond subdivision.

The process to select and secure the lot was very easy. Our sales rep and designer were very professional and helpful throughout the process. When we started to build, there was an initial delay of waiting for a large amount of granite to be extracted from the ground, the team and builder keep us up to date and we always knew what was going on, which helped. In the end an outstanding home of high quality was built and we are very happy indeed. Would recommend David Weekly and the team at Ellis.
