Absolutely love our home

We had an outstanding experience building our new home with David Weekley Homes. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and truly enjoyable. The team was attentive, responsive, and made sure every detail was handled with care. Our home turned out even better than we imagined, and the quality really shows. We absolutely love our new space and couldn't be happier with the result. From the pre-construction to after closing they were always available to answer any questions we had and assist us with any problems we had! Weak Foundations stressful life

I was not expecting weak foundation, house is already cracked with in 2 months, windows frame bent, I was expecting peaceful life with david weekly home but not.

First Home Buyer

Buying our new home has honestly been one of the most exciting and rewarding experiences, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. From start to finish, the entire process felt smooth, professional, and genuinely exciting, which made such a big milestone even more special for us. A huge thank you to Jamie in Sales, who made the purchasing process feel easy and stress-free from day one. Jamie was always available to answer questions, walk us through every step, and made us feel confident and excited throughout the entire journey. We also want to recognize Kevin, our builder, whose attention to detail and commitment to quality truly shows in our new home. You can tell Kevin takes pride in his work, and it gave us so much confidence knowing our home was built with care and excellence. And even after purchasing, the support has continued thanks to Greg from Warranty, who has been absolutely amazing. Knowing Greg is there to help after closing has made us feel even better about our decision. His responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to make sure everything is perfect has gone above and beyond our expectations. We are so happy and excited to start this new chapter in our beautiful home. The entire team made this such a positive experience, and we are incredibly grateful for the care, communication, and dedication they showed before, during, and after the purchase.
