Beautiful home and built really well. Many upgraded features. Landscaping was disappointing!

Good Work Overall, Needs Better Oversight

Overall, the quality of the work on the new home is good, and the people involved have been supportive throughout the process. However, the experience would have been even better with closer supervision before the final walkthrough. I had to rely on a gentleman's word to ensure that the remaining fixes would be completed after handover. While I appreciate the cooperation, more thorough monitoring and attention to detail beforehand would have provided greater satisfaction and confidence.

David Weekly Rocks!!

We had been looking for homes for about three years before we discovered the David Weekly Maple Grove development. We were very impressed with the quality of the homes and even more so with the helpful DW representatives. Heather P was exceptional in helping us understand what our needs would be, what home would work best for us and then in helping to introduce us to the community. We could not have had a better experience. And a shout out to Carey, the construction manager - he was incredibly informative and kept things moving - the quality of the build is phenomenal.

First time experience is above 5 stars. The builder with all their professional, dedicated, and caring personnel made this experience so smooth and trusting. Their open communication allowed for me to be involved in every process of the building of my home until it was ready. They listened to my concerns, and even made some of my wishes for this home come true. Excellent customer service and excellent builder. I have never been so happy and satisfied with the process of purchasing a home with any other builder but David Weekley. Highly recommended. They try and go above and beyond to make the buyer happy.

Old Mill Preserve

Savannah and Carson were fabulous! They kept us updated and informed every step of the way. Our new home is a gem! Patrick, our warranty rep, has not disappointed. He addressed several very minor issues very quickly and everything was done right the first time!!! He even came by the house as the work was being done to ensure all was good! The communication and quality of work is 5 Star+++.

Our DWH Dream Team

This was our first new home build experience. Our sales rep, Karen Burkart, always answered our questions and concerns in a timely manner. Most of all, what we love about Karen is her attentive and caring manner; we still to stop by her office just to say hello. Our builder, Patrick Laganke, impressed us with his knowledge and meticulous attention to detail. He ensured our home was built correctly and on schedule. Both Karen and Patrick did a great job of keeping us informed, consistently communicating each step of the build and sharing progress photos along the way. We actually miss our weekly update calls with them! Overall, we are extremely happy with the experience and our new home.
