Personal attention at it's finest!

Everything promised at the start was delivered at the end. Our personally assigned builder, Andrew, was very hands on and did his best to address any concerns my wife and I had. Sales staff was spot on also!

Great Experience!

Overall a great experience from start to finish working with Lisa, Andrew and the David Weekly team! We truly enjoyed how they really cared about delivering a great home to us along with all of the little touches they did along the way (and their attention to detail) to make this special experience for my wife and I. Beyond Expectation

We purchased our home in the final building stage. David Weekley went out of their to make some changes in the last minute. We are beyond impressed with everyone at David Weekley from the minute I walked on the door I knew I found the perfect home and builder. Sales staff, construction and maintenance, everyone exceeded our expectations. I will say we started our journey with another builder, things were not going as promised. I walked into the David Weekley model home, and the feel was completely different. I immediately felt the quality difference. I was greeted by our wonderful sales representative, Chalee. She gave me a complete tour and even detailed the David Weekley difference. The list of incredible quality features went on and on. Then once we signed our contract I would receive weekly updates from the construction manager as well as from Chalee. They were completely transparent every step of the way. This gave me complete confidence in my new home. I am so happy I walked into that model that day. I would recommend a David Weekley home to everyone in the market for a beautifully constructed home.
