Dealing with the buying of our new home was painless. Every step was explained along the way.

New Home

Had a very quick turnaround time from a house sale and house buying. Sarah was able to move mountains to make it happen. The house is AMAZING. Quality of the workmanship is far better than I expected. I hear horror stories with new home build an cheap materials, but that is the new home is opposite. Could not be happier with the home!!

Great experience from the entire team. We enjoy our new house and neighborhood. We had a few follow-up issues after we were in the house and the staff was very responsive. Kimberly was coor in the fixes in a very professional manner.

New home at Painted Prairie

Great experience! After looking at Aurora Highlands and Painted Prairie, Brandon (our sales rep) made it an easy choice. Our beautiful home had minimal issues because of David Weekley's commitment to excellence and the amount of time spent going through the home before it's delivered at closing. We had so little to have fixed because David Weekley already went through the property with a microscope to make sure the house was ready. We looked at so many new homes in the area that weren't clean, holes in the walls, flooring that needed fixing, etc., that after visiting David Weekley and seeing how a home should look that's up for sale, it made our choice more clear. Everyone from sales to warranty to the actual builder taking calls from us has made this our best home purchasing experience ever!

Amazing journey.

Chris Flores and Scott Malott in northern Colorado were amazing. Super helpful and caring. The prices was smooth with very little hiccups. When we there was a hiccup I know I could count on those 2 to help find a solution ASAP

Excellent service

We found the experience to be very well managed, especially given as we were living several states away during the building process with only limited opportunities to visit the site in Loveland while it was under construction. Jennifer our sales consultant and Kyle our builder kept in constant communication with us, and made sure we were comfortable and well informed on every step of the process. They bent over backwards to accommodate our many questions, and we appreciate them for their excellent service along the way. When issues would arise, they always made sure they were promptly dealt with. Overall, especially given the distance during construction, this was a very good process and experience.

Happy we have been with our home-buying experience

We looked at a lot of builders and houses in the Denver area. While we liked other developments more than Painted Prairie, we liked the layout of the Sloan model best. Throughout the sales process (pre- and post-contract), we had lots of questions and Chris F. was always very responsive and great to work with. He really made the whole buying experience a pleasure. One facet of the sales process that really stands out in how much customization was possible with our David Weekley home. During the build process, Mike P. kept us informed regarding progress towards completion of the house. Some of this might be the general David Weekley build process, but Mike demonstrated his commitment to deliver the home we wanted. As one example, he made it easier for us to use an area under stairs for storage. And since the sale of our house, he has remained available to us for questions/suggestions. For example, he provided some guidance on how to hang window blinds.

Continue to be impressed

Throughout the entire process, my sales team and builder always communicated in a timely manner. Now, after move in, they continue to maintain good communication and have gone above and beyond to ensure that everything meets the highest standards.
