It's the people (staff) that make a company/organization what it is (good or bad; below average or above). I love the oversite (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th checks, etc...., that is provided before, during, and after, to ensure quality. Also, the support from the sale consultant (Chacha), builder manager (Joe), & warranty support (Daniel). The proactive preparation is much needed and appreciated.

1-Star Review - David Weekley Homes Bridgeland

I was handed over a home by David Weekley Homes in Bridgeland Central with the master shower completely clogged from day one. What should have been a smooth move-in turned into two weeks of frustration, delays, and unnecessary stress just to get a basic plumbing issue resolved. During the repair process, proper precautions were not taken by the labor crew. The amount of dust created inside the home was unacceptable. My family and I suffer from dust allergies, and this situation directly impacted our health. We are still recovering from the effects. No homeowner should have to deal with health issues immediately after taking possession of a brand-new home. What is even more disappointing is the lack of follow-up. I have yet to hear back from the builder or their management regarding this matter. When you invest in a new construction home, you expect quality control, proper supervision, and accountability - especially from a reputable builder. This experience has been extremely disappointing. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their inspection process, contractor oversight, and customer care moving forward.
