We had a very positive experience with our builder from start to finish. The overall process was smooth, and communication was consistently solid throughout the build. A special mention goes to our sales consultant Amanda and our builder Nick, both of whom truly went above and beyond at every stage. They were responsive, attentive to details, and always willing to address questions or concerns promptly. We're very happy with the final result and appreciate the effort the entire team put into our home.

Building my home was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Terrie and Matt were truly fantastic-if you're lucky enough to work with either of them, you'll be in great hands. Their trust, transparency, and genuine commitment made the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. I felt supported and confident in every decision, and the result speaks for itself. Highly recommend!

Great Customer Service

We purchased a new David Weekley home in Myrtle Creek Subdivision on March 13,2026. Our sales consultant Joyce & builder Jonathan were amazing during the entire process and have continued to be available for questions after the purchase. Amazing experience overall.

Everything was above and beyond for us. We found the area we bought on a whim and knew we wanted to move here. The whole experience of picking out the model we wanted, the lot, and all the additions and modifications were assisted by Melissa. Quinton helped with the build portion of the home and he was great to work with and easy to reach. We received weekly updates each and every week. This process was light years ahead of our prior home building experience with Kennedy Homes.

Smooth and enjoyable building process

Our building experience with David Weekley was great. From picking out the lot and floor plan to move in day, the process was very smooth. The wide range of options and finishing touches at the design center really allowed us to personalize our home without the fear of going over budget. The price we were given once finishes were chosen was the price we paid at closing. The progress calls and photos were so appreciated as we were out of the area for most of the build. These two,items allowed us to be a part of the construction process and address any issues/questions we may have had as they occurred.

Would Recommend DWH

Overall, we are very pleased with our new home. Fit and finish is very nice. Several upgrades chosen in the design meetings were overlooked when subs apparently didn't follow the list closely enough. All those issues were handled professionally and promptly to our satisfaction by our builder.
