Central Living by David Weekley Homes Announces Two New Communities in Charlotte


 

Charlotte, NC (January 23, 2019): Central Living by David Weekley Homes, the high-density division of David Weekley Homes offering luxury living in prime locations, will soon be building new homes in two Charlotte-area communities: McClintock and Brightwalk, both within two miles of Uptown Charlotte.

McClintock, located in the sought-after Plaza-Midwood area, will feature 21 three-story townhomes starting from the $500s. Homebuyers will be able to choose from four floor plans, ranging in size from 1,300 to 1,800 square feet. Homeowners in Brightwalk will enjoy walking distance to outdoor recreation at Anita Stroud Park, Double Oaks Park, and Camp North End, hiking and biking trails and an outdoor pool adjacent to the community.
