The process went pretty smoothly and we were impressed. We felt very comfortable talking to each and every team member.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great experience This was the first time we had a home built by DWH, but our third home built in Florida. the entire process was very smooth and informative, the communication from your entire team ( Dylan, Alycia and John) was very timely and helpful, the team kept us informed about the entire process from day one, when we had any questions and or any concerns, they were timely to provide the feedback.started Our experience from the time we talking to Alycia from the time we closed was the best we had so far with any builders, we are definitely a DWH customer for ever, if we were to move another area, we will be looking for a DWH again. I can not express enough the incredible job your entire team did to make us feel exited about our purchase and the selection of DWH to built our home.

They made the whole process so easy for us! The best part was that Sales was never pushy, Builder and April were very accommodating. It happened at the time when we were pregnant and a day before the scheduled closing, we ended up rushing to the hospital to have the baby! Patty literally took it over from and worked very closely with our mortgage brokers and kept us I the loop on the reschedule. She even was kind enough to accommodate the closing at the hospital instead.. All went very smooth at and we closed our home just in time and ready to bring a new baby home!!! We missed the walk thru because we weee in the hospital if the days it was scheduled for but Chandler made it so easy and accommodated us by ensuring everything we had called out earlier was taken care of… Our post home purchase meetings with April also had to be rescheduled several times and we appreciated how kind and accommodating April was through the process. She was amazing with her walking us thru the Warranty process and sharing the minutest of the details…. Thank you, Patty, Chandler and April for being so patient with us! And for making the home using experience so easy for us!!! We truly appreciate it!

Everyone from my sales reps, to my construction supervisor were communicative, patient and informative with me throughout every step of the process. At no point did I feel like they were just trying to get through the process. They even maintained contact after the process just because that's what they do. I really do feel as though I'm part of the DWH Family.

Due to the obstacles of the pandemic, it took longer than expected to secure a lot and build our dream home. Our David Weekley team was there for us every step of the way to help speed the process along. We were out of state and our DW team kept us informed with weekley phone calls, pictures and videos. Our DW team was always friendly and professional. They answered all our questions and always went the extra mile for us. Our builder and sales representative worked extremely hard to get us into our new home as quickly as possible. We are thrilled with our new home and slowly getting settled. We also experienced our first hurricane! Our David Weekley home passed the test! Not one leak or shingle lost! We would give David Weekley an A+ and would surely recommend them!
